Receipts, sorted for tax time
Snap the receipt. We’ll do the rest.
Stop losing deductions to the shoebox.
Photograph a paper receipt or screenshot an online order, and the vendor, date, amount, and category are read off it automatically. Everyone in the household adds their own, and it all lands in one clean report you can hand to your accountant.

How it works
Three steps, none of them typing.
Snap or screenshot
A paper receipt from your phone, a screenshot of an Amazon order, an Uber email, a PDF from the airline. All of it counts.
Read automatically
Vendor, date, total, and category are filled in for you. Anything unclear is flagged so you never file a guess.
Sorted into a report
Every week drafts itself. See the household at a glance, by person and by category, then finalize and download.
What you get
Easy for a household. Ready for a small business.
Everyone adds their own
Each person signs in on their own phone with just their email. No shared passwords, no PIN to remember.
Any receipt, any format
Paper photos, online-order screenshots, email receipts, PDFs, even iPhone HEIC photos. An order-history screenshot files each order separately.
Mileage, when you need it
Log a trip with the miles and purpose; it’s valued at the current IRS rate for business, medical, or charitable driving. Off by default.
Weekly, monthly, year to date
Reports draft themselves. Pick any timeframe, see spending by category, and download a clean PDF for your tax preparer.
Nothing gets guessed
Blurry photo or missing total? It’s flagged with a “needs a look” note instead of being filed wrong.
Private by design
Your receipts are stored privately to your household. Photos are read by AI to fill in the fields and never shared or used for anything else.
Then check it against the card statement
Import a card statement as a CSV or PDF and every line gets matched to a captured receipt, so you can see exactly what’s missing before you file. The receipts prove the statement; the statement proves nothing got missed.

Questions
The short answers.
Something else on your mind? hello@receiptsorted.com goes straight to a person.
Is there a password?
No. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and your phone stays signed in after that.
Can my spouse or kids use it?
Yes. Invite anyone by email from Settings. Each person gets their own login and their own receipts; the report shows the whole household.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
Every field stays editable, and low-confidence scans are flagged so you know which ones to glance at.
Do I have to track mileage?
No. It’s off unless you turn it on. When on, trips are valued at the IRS rate for that date.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan and keep going. Nothing is deleted while you decide.
I run a small business. Does this work for that?
Yes. Business tools add employee roles, a review queue for submitted weeks, a vehicle fleet, and job economics. Turn them on in Settings.
